Safe and efficient loading and unloading Inspector Operator \- LEM/BA **Date:** March 19, 2026 **Location:** Luis Eduardo Magalhaes, BA, BR, 47850\-000 **Company:** Bunge **City :** Luis Eduardo Magalhaes**State :** Bahia (BR\-BA)**Country :** Brazil (BR)**Job ID :** 44462 **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform quantitative and qualitative goods inspection against orders in shipping and receiving transfer processes. * Validate shipment identification for shipping, including correct identification for storage addressing. * Maintain organization of equipment, work tools, and PPE to ensure safe loading onto delivery vehicles, preventing damage and accident risks. * Perform proper physical loading of all trucks, observing expedition process specifications and standards, controlling loading quality, avoiding damage and returns for reprocessing. * Inspect vehicles scheduled for loading and ensure use of checklists, wheel chocks, and removal of vehicle keys prior to operations. * Conduct inventory stock counts. * Perform loading as specified in the DT (Transport Document), moving cargo while observing product type and quantities. * Maintain sector organization and cleanliness. * Inspect forklifts and ensure completion of checklists before starting activities. * Comply with Environmental and Quality standards, respecting and following established procedures and/or technical regulations. * Fulfill responsibilities within the food safety and quality management system, meeting requirements, attending training sessions, reporting observed issues, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Transportation and Storage, 5S, operational procedures, and the management system. * Understand and support the food safety and quality policy as well as established KPIs. * Participate actively, if assigned to the Food Safety Team (FST), in meetings, HACCP study reviews, training sessions, and other defined responsibilities; encourage and support all colleagues in implementing food safety practices. * Monitor, if designated as a CCP or PPRO controller, as planned; immediately notify leadership upon deviation and ensure immediate corrective action. * Follow defined protocols and maintain independence during the process; do not report to your immediate supervisor, if responsible for collecting samples for GMP\+ scope analyses. * Utilize online quality parameter measurement data; where such data is unavailable at inspection points, collect representative samples for laboratory analysis, enabling results to support process control and product quality improvement. **Required Experience and Knowledge:** * Education: Completed high school; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Forklift operator certification (NR\-11\). **Also See Our Benefits:** * Medical and Dental Assistance + Meal Allowance (On-site cafeteria or meal voucher) * Private Pension Plan (BungePrev plan with company contribution) * Life Insurance + Transportation Allowance (Commuter Pass, Parking, or Shuttle Service) * Pharmacy Partnership * Childcare Assistance (For female employees with children up to 5 years and 11 months) * PLR \- Profit Sharing Program (Based on goal achievement and results) * "Count on Us" Program \- Personal guidance and support program for employees and dependents, delivered by specialized professionals to assist with psychological, social, or emotional matters. * Partnerships with TotalPass (Gym), Clube MMB (Individual Insurance), Dell, plus universities and language schools. * Annual incentives such as toys and Christmas baskets. * Benefits may vary depending on job location.
