This is a critical position to ensure the success and growth of our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage warehouse routines, ensuring organization, control, and security of goods; * Monitor receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of products; * Control inventory, stocktaking, losses, damages, and discrepancies; * Lead, guide, and develop the warehouse team; * Ensure adherence to loading and delivery deadlines; * Collaborate with stores, logistics, and transportation teams to ensure proper flow of goods; * Propose process improvements aimed at efficiency and cost reduction. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in warehouse/stock management or logistics; * Experience leading operational teams; * Knowledge of inventory control, stocktaking, and performance indicators; * Organizational skills, responsibility, and strong communication abilities; * Completed high school education (a college degree is a plus).
