Also Hire, in partnership with a major corporate development initiative, is seeking professionals to work directly with micro and small enterprises—providing guidance, conducting diagnostics, and contributing to the strengthening of local businesses. Here, your role is not to sell products. It is to listen, understand each entrepreneur’s challenges, and provide support through consultative service—helping companies develop and grow. **ABOUT THE CHALLENGE** ------------------- Are you comfortable speaking with people, building trust, and do you prefer a dynamic routine away from a desk? In this role, you will be responsible for visiting regional businesses, understanding each company’s reality, and delivering consultative support through interviews, diagnostics, and practical guidance.
