Description: * Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Museology, Cultural Production, Performing Arts, Cinema, Business Administration, Tourism/Hospitality, or related fields. * Experience in operating and supervising equipment or facility routines. * Knowledge and practical experience applying safety protocols for the public and heritage assets. * Ability to coordinate building and systems maintenance. * Capacity to manage operational budgets. * Experience organizing, managing, and qualifying customer service, mediation, and support teams. * Ability to establish and maintain partnerships with schools, social organizations, public agencies, and suppliers. * Experience consolidating and analyzing operational indicators (e.g., attendance, satisfaction, incidents, costs, and technical availability). * Knowledge of environmental management and mitigation of public-use impacts in protected areas (where applicable). * Driver’s license category B. * Work location: Municipality of Piacatuba (MG). Additional qualifications considered advantageous: * Degree in Cultural Languages Management or Cultural Management; * Short courses in continuous professional development in project management; * Intermediate English and/or Spanish for visitor assistance; * Experience with universal accessibility; prior involvement in safety/quality certifications. * Execute the facility’s annual programming according to standard calendars and operational procedures, ensuring space preparation, support for installations, and adherence to schedules. * Consolidate shift-based operational reports (attendance, satisfaction, incidents, direct costs), record data in systems, and forward pending items to supervision. * Monitor service orders and routine supplier deliveries, verifying basic scope and agreed deadlines. * Conduct routine communication with local artists regarding operational coordination (access, rehearsals, logistics). * Support documentation organization for accountability reporting of incentive-funded projects, gathering evidence and entering information into platforms. 2512210202551917855
