Focus on operational excellence, promoting a culture of continuous improvement across various areas of the organization. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and document agricultural processes; * Prepare reports and propose improvements; * Oversee operations and ensure compliance; * Manage documentation and support team development; * Improve agricultural processes to increase efficiency and quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Agronomy, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (IWS, Lean, PDCA, or Six Sigma); * Experience in data analysis and report writing; * Driver's license category A/B. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in agricultural or industrial environments; * Familiarity with Power BI and performance indicator (KPI) analysis; * Experience or participation in continuous improvement projects.
