All applications must be submitted exclusively through our official channels. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Applying structured methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, Kaizen, SMED, and root cause analysis (A3, Ishikawa, 5 Whys) to solve complex problems and optimize processes. * Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs), building dashboards and management reports in Excel and Power BI to support data-driven decision-making. * Mapping, reviewing, and optimizing processes using tools such as VSM (Value Stream Mapping) and standardizing workflows aligned with operational best practices. * Leading continuous improvement projects and workshops, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and promoting knowledge transfer to multidisciplinary teams. * Optimizing processes (Open-pit, Underground, and Processing Plant) to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce variability; * Using statistical analysis tools (Minitab, SPSS, MATLAB, etc.) * Leadership and influence without formal authority; * Analytical and structured thinking for solving complex problems; * Systemic view of processes and business; * Clear and concise communication, with ability to translate data into insights for different organizational levels; * Facilitating workshops and leading strategic meetings; * Stakeholder management and multidisciplinary collaboration; * Proactivity and results orientation; * Adaptability and management of organizational change. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Desired Requirements:** -------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering or Geology; * Active registration with CREA; * Extensive experience in continuous improvement/operational excellence; * Intermediate English; * Continuous Improvement Methodologies: Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, PDCA, DMAIC; * Problem Analysis Tools: A3, 5 Whys, Ishikawa Diagram, Pareto; * Process Management: BPM, process mapping, Value Stream Mapping (VSM); * Performance Management: definition and monitoring of KPIs, dashboards, and operational indicators; * Analytical Tools: Advanced Excel, Power BI, AI-integration tools; * Knowledge of underground mining operations, including mine development, drilling and blasting, loading and hauling, ventilation, and operational productivity management; * Data analysis and data-driven decision support. **Additional Information** * Competitive salary * Profit-sharing plan (PLR) * Private pension plan * Health insurance * Dental insurance * On-site meals * Food allowance * Chartered transportation * Quality of Life Program * Gympass – Wellhub * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave (Citizen Company) * Club membership agreement \- may vary by location * Supplementary assistance #### **We are ERO, one of Brazil’s leading copper and gold producers.** **We belong to a global group headquartered in Canada with a strong presence in Brazil.
