Ticket tracking and resolution **Job Profile** Basic support for broadband internet service provider operations and corporate service desk management. **Main Responsibilities** Provisioning of ONUs and technical support for customer CPEs (routers, ONTs, etc.) Tracking and resolution of corporate service desk tickets (IT and computing) IT department inventory control (equipment, licenses, accessories) Communication with suppliers and customers in case of issue escalation; Generation of weekly service reports and departmental KPIs **Mandatory Requirements** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in the IT field (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Networks, etc.) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
