IT inventory control and communication with suppliers **Job Profile** Basic support for broadband internet service provider operations and corporate service desk management. **Main Responsibilities** ONU provisioning and technical support for customer CPEs (routers, ONTs, etc.) Monitoring and resolution of corporate service desk tickets (IT and computing) IT department inventory control (equipment, licenses, accessories) Communication with suppliers and customers in case of issue escalation; Generation of weekly service reports and departmental KPIs **Mandatory Requirements** Currently enrolled in a higher education program in the IT field (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Networks, etc.) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
