Job Summary: The professional will negotiate and sell telecommunications products and banking services, prospect customers, train customers on POS terminal operation, and manage commercial routines. Customer training and management of commercial routines RedeFlex is a company operating in the telecommunications sector, providing recharge machines, debit and credit terminals, and acting as a banking correspondent. **Responsibilities:** Negotiate and sell products through customer visits to supply the market and achieve established targets; Collect payments according to agreements and process bill payments; Assess the customer’s physical inventory by on-site counting to determine turnover and propose sales; Create sales orders via smartphone for registration in the management system; Promote points of sale using merchandising materials to advertise operators’ products, offers, and promotions; Prospect new customers through visits aimed at selling products; Train customers through hands-on training on POS terminal operation and demonstration of its use; Provide daily activity reports, inventory reconciliation, collections, expenses, and other related information. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; **Prior experience in the Acquiring Market is desirable**; Experience in: customer service, sales, and commercial routines; Proficiency in computer applications and software; Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and availability for travel; Proactive, communicative profile with a focus on results; **Benefits:** Commissions (NO CEILING); Guaranteed variable compensation for the first 03 months; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Meal allowance; Fuel allowance; Vehicle rental; Life insurance; Internal training programs. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday – Business hours (with a 01-hour lunch break).
