Execution and maintenance of civil works and building repairs Description: * Completed elementary education; * Minimum 3 years of experience in the role; * Advanced knowledge of masonry and civil plumbing; * Basic knowledge of residential electrical systems. * Review project plans and specifications for works to be performed and/or repaired, to guide material selection for requested services. * Provide technical support for purchasing construction materials, recommending them to the immediate supervisor according to construction or renovation project specifications, aiming to contribute to cost optimization and final service quality. * Monitor usage of construction materials, guiding the team to avoid waste and ensure adequate quantities for performed services. * Construct and/or renovate civil works, preparing materials and measuring quantities, laying foundations, setting bricks, concrete, tiles, stones, plaster, etc., as well as performing finishing work (flooring installation, tiling, sinks, toilets, plaster application, etc.), in accordance with civil construction project plans for the area, aiming to fulfill them with quality and precision. * Perform simple repairs on electrical panels, showers, outlets, lamps, and/or similar structures. * Perform corrective maintenance services on buildings, sidewalks, and similar structures, repairing walls and floors, applying plaster, replacing roof tiles, sanitary fixtures, and other accessories, aiming to ensure preservation of company properties. * Perform and assist the maintenance team at pump houses in general, carrying out all types of hydraulic, electrical, and civil repairs. * Complete the daily area report, identifying shift start and end times as well as activities performed, to control daily scheduling. * Conduct daily checklists of machines and equipment used, verifying their conditions and reporting any failures to the immediate supervisor, to ensure proper area operation. * Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the area, removing waste and disposing of materials in appropriate locations, aiming to maintain the workplace in suitable condition for daily task performance. Follow area safety recommendations, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), to ensure personal protection against safety and health hazards and threats. * 2512210202551876384
