Produce and revise scripts. Participate in topic planning, writing and adapting texts for spoken language, revising scripts, cue sheets, and story leads to ensure fluent delivery. Interact with the audience and team. Engage with listeners (reading messages, phone/social media participation) and coordinate with editing, sound design, and reporting teams—managing timing, jingle insertions, background music, and commercials during broadcasts. Operate audio mixing consoles and equipment. Adjust volume levels, audio channels, microphones, VU meters, insert jingles, music, announcements, and hybrid connections for phone calls, monitoring signal levels and returns during live broadcasts. Support programming schedule organization. Assist in assembling the journalistic programming schedule, organize bulletin, interview, and segment rotations, and update internal program timelines. Support programming coordination. Suggest schedule adjustments, participate in planning meetings, and provide feedback on audience metrics, program dynamics, and technical requirements.
