Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for monitoring daily production, labor and machinery attendance, overseeing production activities and cargo handling, ensuring compliance with operational procedures, and completing reports. Key Highlights: 1. Production and machinery performance monitoring and recording. 2. Ensuring operational and personal safety through risk analysis. 3. Record daily production and monitor labor and machinery attendance; Oversee production activities, ensuring adherence to operational procedures; Inspect cargo and verify relevant documentation; Complete reports, waybills, bulletins, loading plans, and receipts; Monitor cargo loading and unloading of bales and large bales in the yard. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Record raw material supply to production lines using form and spreadsheet controls; * Inspect and record daily production of processed bales and large bales at the cotton gin and yard; * Organize and distribute bale and large bale production within the yard via productivity control verification and monitoring, assisted by the storage map; * Record and monitor forklift and machinery productivity and performance using form and spreadsheet controls; * Monitor products and inputs in the bale storage area and yard; * Ensure proper storage of production in the yard, confirming that bales are placed on pallets and covered with tarps specifically designed for this purpose; * Assist in guiding production teams according to instructions from immediate supervisor. * Organize internal truck receiving flow for product dispatch; * Assist in tarping bales, covering processed bales to protect them from adverse weather conditions. * Conduct job-related risk analysis, reviewing and updating area procedures to ensure operational and personnel safety; * Ensure correct completion of daily forklift and equipment checklists, verifying their condition and reporting any failures to the immediate supervisor; * Follow area traffic and safety guidelines, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), to ensure personal protection against risks and threats to safety and health; * Comply with the SSMA (Safety, Health, and Environment) policy, following company procedures and practices to meet applicable legal requirements, prevent waste, and reduce generation of waste, effluents, and atmospheric emissions; * Maintain workplace conservation and cleanliness, following pre-established guidelines and procedures to keep the work environment suitable for daily activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Strong communication skills; * Ability to record production and operate barcode scanners; * NR 11 Certification – Transportation, Storage, and Handling of Materials; * NR 35 Certification – Working at Heights. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Pharmacy Card; * Transportation (Routes: Goiás Posse, Alvorada, Buritinópolis, Damianópolis, and Mambai\- GO; and Bahia Carinhanha to Cocos); * Shared accommodation; * Gym membership; * Meals; * Life insurance; **Partnerships:** * University partnerships; * Dental clinics in the Cocos\- BA and Mambai \- GO regions. #### **Founded in 2000 but with origins dating back to 1976, Santa Colomba is a Brazilian agricultural company focused on large-scale, mechanization-ready production.
