Performs first-level maintenance and organization Carry out auxiliary activities for building and industrial maintenance in the civil construction sector. * Comply with health, safety, and environmental requirements and procedures * Prepare the area for setting up the construction site or construction support area; * Clean the site, excavate, and compact the soil; * Perform demolition and dismantling of structures, removal of components and materials; * Load and unload materials; * Perform first-level maintenance; * Clean machinery, tools, and construction site environments; * Inspect the condition of tools and equipment in the department; * Prepare mortar, concrete mix, and other materials.
