




Job Summary: Monitor industrial assembly, inspect third-party companies, and ensure execution of activities, quality, and safety in procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with procedures Monitor industrial assembly by providing technical supervision, analyzing material procurement needs, and inspecting assembly, piping, pumps, heat exchangers, etc. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Organize and inspect third-party companies to ensure compliance with company procedures; * Work in the Manufacturing area, supervising and controlling execution of activities, action plans, and established processes; monitoring and controlling teams and activities related to assembly of kits, parts, components, devices, machine and equipment subassemblies, tools, among others; * Monitor quality of procedures and assembled products; guide teams on procedures and tasks to be performed; ensure availability of work equipment and tools, as well as required personal protective equipment (PPE) for performing area tasks, and carry out other related and inherent duties; * Measure completed services to control scheduled progress and quality; * Analyze spare parts requisitions for industry, ensuring correct equipment installation and industrial assembly according to project specifications; * Prepare construction monitoring spreadsheets and reports, tracking results to ensure project completion within scheduled timeframes and expected quality; * Interpret drawings; * Monitor physical and financial schedule; * Perform job duties in full compliance with organizational safety, health, and environmental regulations, as well as consistently using all mandatory PPE during job and department activities; promptly reporting to immediate supervisor any activity posing risk to one’s own or colleagues’ health; * Perform duties in alignment with company values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; * Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness; * Safeguard company assets under one’s responsibility, immediately reporting to the immediate supervisor any issues or damages detected. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Bachelor’s degree; Relevant work experience; Completed Postgraduate degree. **Additional Information** Benefits: Meal Voucher; Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Orienteme; Galena; Wellhub; Profit-Sharing Program (PPR); On-site meals; Free transportation.
