




Job Summary: Supervise industrial assembly, inspecting and ensuring compliance with procedures and service quality. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis of parts requisitions and preparation of tracking spreadsheets Supervise industrial assembly, performing technical oversight, analyzing material procurement needs, and inspecting assembly, piping, pumps, heat exchangers, etc. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Organize and supervise outsourced companies, ensuring compliance with company procedures; * Work in the Manufacturing area, supervising and controlling the execution of activities, action plans, and established processes; monitoring and controlling teams and activities related to kit, parts, components, devices, machine and equipment subassemblies, tools, and others; * Monitor the quality of procedures and assembled products; guide teams on required procedures and tasks; ensure availability of work equipment and tools, as well as necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) for task execution, and perform other related and inherent duties; * Measure completed services to monitor progress against scheduled timelines and quality targets; * Analyze spare parts requisitions for industry, ensuring correct equipment installation and industrial assembly per project specifications; * Prepare construction tracking spreadsheets and reports, monitoring results to ensure project completion within planned timelines and quality standards; * Interpret engineering drawings; * Monitor physical and financial schedule progress; * Perform job duties in full compliance with organizational safety, health, and environmental regulations, and consistently use all mandatory PPE during task execution; promptly report any activity posing risks to one's own or colleagues' health to immediate supervisor; * Carry out duties in alignment with company values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, consistently focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; * Maintain discipline under the 5S program, aiming for safe work through workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness; * Safeguard company assets under one's responsibility and immediately report any issues or damages detected. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Bachelor’s degree; Relevant work experience; Completed Postgraduate degree. **Additional Information** Benefits: Meal Allowance; Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Orienteme; Galena; Wellhub; Profit-Sharing Program (PPR); On-site Meals; Free Transportation.
