Participate in the creation and revision of operational procedures. **ENGIE Brasil Energia is seeking a new** **talent to join our team!** **Transmission Maintenance Operator III** We are looking for a **Transmission Maintenance Operator III**, who—under remote operation team instructions—will perform operational switching, isolation of transmission systems and equipment, maintenance activities and/or support for maintenance teams, assist in telecommand-based operation monitoring, observe potential operational anomalies on screen, and submit appropriate reports. **If you are resilient, highly adaptable, and seek a dynamic environment for professional growth, this is the place for you!** **Responsibilities:** * Record abnormalities identified in equipment and recommend corrective and preventive actions; record intervention controls and respective outcomes in the Company’s operational system, ensuring data accuracy to generate a reliable database * for report generation, performance indicators, and results used for monitoring and decision-making; * Perform maintenance services on protection, transmission, and telecommunications equipment and systems, as well as calibration, electronic maintenance, and special testing on critical-level equipment, in accordance with the Maintenance Plan and unplanned interventions, recording * information in the system; * Carry out operational activities both outdoors and in the control room, maintaining constant contact with the telecommand area; operate electrical and electromechanical installations at transmission assets’ substations when required; * Operate equipment such as PTA, Munck, and forklifts, following specific training for each piece of equipment; * Respond to urgent and emergency situations involving substation (SE) equipment, transmission lines (LT), and associated systems until full restoration is achieved, including switching operations performed at SE during preventive and/or corrective maintenance; * Implement necessary and requested operational-level actions to comply with the Company’s Industrial Control Systems Security Policy; * Adhere strictly to clearly defined internal procedures, documenting difficulties and non-compliances, and potentially participate—alongside leadership and/or the technical Operations team—in developing new procedures or revising existing ones." **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical degree in Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, Electronics, or related fields, with an active CFT (Technical Certification). * Driver’s License Category B. * Substation equipment and systems – Intermediate. * Health and safety regulations and applicable standards – Intermediate. * Integrated management system – Intermediate. * Maintenance management tools and technical documentation software – Intermediate. * Reading and interpretation of equipment technical manuals, technical drawings, and flowcharts – Intermediate. * Transmission-related processes and associated equipment and systems – Intermediate. * Maintenance and operation procedures, plans, methods, and techniques – Intermediate. * Computer literacy: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, internet, and email – Intermediate. * Various administrative processes and routines within the field of activity – Intermediate. **Interested in this challenge?
