**Job Description**
* Monitor grain inflow and outflow from dryers by analyzing moisture content to verify the required drying temperature.
* Monitor dryer temperatures and replenish furnaces with firewood when necessary.
* Facilitate truck unloading flow by regulating dryer feed loads according to the above-mentioned parameters.
* Monitor stored product temperatures in silos, generate thermometry reports to assess whether forced aeration or grain removal is needed, take appropriate actions, and inform the Storage Supervisor and Management when required.
* Monitor soybean cleaning processes, regulating feed loads on sieves and cleaning equipment screens.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to Work Instructions, cleaning schedules, and other guidelines implemented at the facility.
* Move products within the warehouse toward discharge spouts using a front-end loader.
**Qualifications**
Completed high school education.
