Job Summary: Responsible for performing preventive maintenance and inspections on agricultural machinery, including part replacement, lubrication, and adjustments, as well as supporting the assembly of agricultural implements. Key Highlights: 1. Perform preventive maintenance on tractors and agricultural machinery 2. Inspect equipment and replace parts and perform adjustments 3. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proper fleet operation **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM / Saturday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM **Experience Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Perform preventive maintenance on tractors, planters, sprayers, and other agricultural machinery; * Inspect equipment to identify wear, failures, or need for adjustments; * Replace parts, perform lubrication, and adjustments according to the maintenance plan; * Support the assembly and disassembly of agricultural implements; * Record performed activities and report equipment conditions; * Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proper fleet operation. **Requirements:** * Technical course in mechanics or related fields; * Driver's license category A\-D; * Prior experience in maintenance of agricultural machinery and implements; * Basic knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and electricity applied to rural equipment; * Ability to work in field and workshop environments; * Commitment to safety and sound maintenance practices. **Benefits:** Accommodation, Health Insurance, On-site Meals
