Job Summary: The Access Control Assistant manages entry and exit control, verifies documents, records access, and guides individuals, ensuring asset security. Key Highlights: 1. Support for administrative activities Manage entry and exit of suppliers, visitors, service providers, and employees; Verify documents, authorizations, work orders, and mandatory registrations required for access to company premises; Record accesses in systems, spreadsheets, or logbooks, ensuring information traceability; Guide suppliers and visitors on internal policies, safety rules, use of PPE, and access procedures; Control the issuance and return of ID badges, access cards, and keys, where applicable; Monitor personnel and vehicle flow at the reception area, reporting atypical situations to supervision; Support visual inspections of vehicles and materials according to internal procedures; Maintain organization of the reception area and access control records; Support administrative activities related to the reception area.
