Issuance and control of invoices **Job Description:** Provides administrative support in areas including administration, tracking equipment rental entry, exit, and hour-meter readings; inventory control, receipt, and organization; assists with invoice entry into the system; prepares quotations and purchases cafeteria and cleaning supplies. Track equipment rental entry, exit, and hour-meter readings, Assist in planning and controlling maintenance activities, Control and organize inventory, Receive parts and verify invoices, Control maintenance kits, Control PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
