Teamwork and communication for task coordination **Machine Operator** **Summary:** Operate wheel loader for loading, handling, and organizing ore, waste rock, and materials **Responsibilities:** * Operate machines to load trucks with ore, waste rock, or various materials. * Support stockpile organization, silo replenishment, and cleaning of operational roadways. * Perform daily checklists and basic equipment inspections prior to operation. * Operate safely, technically, and economically, avoiding overloads and excessive wear. * Maintain communication with the team to coordinate loading and movement activities. * Report malfunctions, anomalies, or needs for preventive maintenance. * Ensure machine cleanliness, maintenance, and organization. * Participate in training sessions, DDS (Daily Safety Dialogues), and other function-related activities. **Education:** * Completed Elementary School **Experience:** * Prior experience as a wheel loader operator, preferably in mining environments **Technical Competencies:** * Safe wheel loader operation * Loading and stacking techniques * Mine safety procedures (NR\-22\) * Defensive driving and operational economy **Behavioral Competencies:** * Attention and diligence * Responsibility * Safety focus * Teamwork * Commitment **Other Requirements:** * Driver's license Category B, Category C preferred * Wheel Loader Operation Training Course Join our team: visit our Grupo Sollo careers page and apply!
