Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for goods inspection, packaging, and dispatch; customer service; team support; and workplace organization. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for goods inspection and dispatch. 2. Customer service and team support. 3. Workplace organization and cleaning. · Goods inspection; · Packaging and dispatch of goods; · Customer service; · Support to inventory assistants; · Maintains order and cleanliness of the workplace and equipment, requesting maintenance services when necessary, and observes safety procedures during operations and proper use of PPEs. · Assists in unloading goods from trucks to expedite the process. · Assists in arranging, labeling, storing, and restocking goods within the department. · May operate pallet jacks (subject to training and certification). Performs other tasks related to the position, as determined by the supervisor.
