**About the Position:**
* The **Terminal Operator** works daily on operations, helping ensure everything runs smoothly. Responsibilities include cargo handling (primarily grains), supervising truck and railcar loading/unloading, operating operational equipment and systems, supporting site organization and workflow, and ensuring all activities are performed safely and with quality.
**Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:**
* Perform terminal activities, supporting daily operations.
* Safely load and unload trucks and railcars (trains).
* Assist in organizing truck traffic flow on-site.
* Collect product samples for quality control.
* Inspect and prepare railcars prior to loading.
* Operate silos and monitor routes to ensure proper functionality.
**Prerequisites:**
* Completed high school (third year of high school completed);
* Minimum age of 18;
* Availability to work rotating shifts.
**Desirable**
* Experience in operations, logistics, industry, or agribusiness (not mandatory).
