The candidate will be responsible for controlling and managing inventory of spare parts, materials, and inputs used in farming and maintenance operations, including recording receipts and issuances, conducting inventories, organizing the warehouse, and monitoring stock levels. The role will also involve supporting **Planning and Maintenance Control (PMC)** to ensure material availability for machine and equipment maintenance. **Requirements:** * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency * Experience with Planning and Maintenance Control (PMC) * Experience with SAP and GATEC systems * Background in inventory or warehouse control * Willingness to reside on a farm We seek organized, analytical, proactive professionals with strong process control capabilities. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and control inventory of spare parts, materials, and inputs used in farm farming and maintenance operations. * Plan and monitor material replenishment to maintain appropriate stock levels to meet operational demands. * Record material receipts, issuances, transfers, and inventories in the system. * Support **Planning and Maintenance Control (PMC)** in managing spare parts and materials required for preventive and corrective maintenance of agricultural machinery and equipment. * Track material requisitions and monitor consumption by cost center or department. * Ensure physical warehouse organization, adhering to best practices for storage, identification, and preservation of materials. * Conduct periodic inventories and stock reconciliations, analyze discrepancies, and propose corrective actions. * Generate managerial reports on inventory, consumption, and material movement. * Support procurement processes by providing information on replenishment needs and minimum stock levels. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, asset control policies, and internal company procedures. ### **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in **Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, Agribusiness, or related fields**. * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (especially Excel). * Experience with **Planning and Maintenance Control (PMC)**. * Experience with **SAP and GATEC** systems. * Prior experience in warehouse, inventory, or materials management. * Willingness to **reside on a farm in the Guiratinga/MT region**. * Experience working in agribusiness companies. * Experience managing spare parts and inputs for agricultural machinery. * Knowledge of cycle counting and minimum stock control. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Organized, with attention to detail. * Analytical mindset and process-control orientation. * Proactive in identifying and resolving issues. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with maintenance, procurement, and operations teams. * Sense of responsibility and commitment to deadlines and data accuracy. * Ability to adapt to farm routines and environments.
