All selection processes conducted by **CS INFRA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and duties** **Profile:** Responsible for consolidating planning analyses, schedules, costs, and risks, with a focus on technical and strategic integration of construction, maintenance, and project plans. **Main responsibilities:** Developing and implementing methodologies for controlling the physical-financial progress of projects, ensuring predictability and risk mitigation. Preparing and optimizing CAPEX, ensuring alignment between disbursement flows and physical execution of works. Direct interface with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations towards granting entities and other regulatory bodies. Prepare and manage executive schedules (MS Project) and performance S-curves. Conduct productivity, variance, and reprogramming analyses. Provide technical support for multi-year planning and contract revisions. Produce technical monitoring reports and forecasts; **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields; * Proficiency in Project and advanced Excel; * Knowledge of Google Earth; * Intermediate Office Suite skills. * Class B driver's license (CNH B) **Additional information** The traditional benefits you already know, we offer them too.
