All applications must be submitted exclusively through our official channels. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop quarterly and annual underground mining plans. * Design stope sequencing, development, and infrastructure layouts considering geotechnical, ventilation, and operational logistics constraints. * Generate and validate mining solids, volumes, tonnages, and grades. * Size horizontal and vertical development (ramps, drifts, raises). * Plan backfill, primary and secondary pillars according to geomechanical criteria. * Perform fleet sizing. * Conduct production reconciliation (actual vs. planned), dilution analysis, and recovery analysis. * Update production forecasts and production curves. * Support annual budgeting (OPEX/CAPEX) based on technical assumptions. * Prepare technical reports and executive presentations. * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal safety protocols. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering. * Experience in underground mine planning. * Knowledge of mining methods such as Sublevel Stoping, Cut and Fill, and/or Room and Pillar. * Experience in mine reconciliation and dilution control. * Proficiency in mine planning software: * Deswik * Datamine * Aegis * Ventsim * Advanced Excel for modeling and data analysis. **Additional Information** * Competitive salary * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Private pension plan * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * On-site meals (at operational units) * Meal voucher (at offices) * Food allowance * Transportation assistance * Quality of Life Program * Gympass – Wellhub * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave (Corporate Citizen certification) * Club membership agreement \- may vary by location * Eyeglasses purchase assistance for family members #### **We are ERO, one of Brazil’s leading producers of copper and gold.** **We are part of a global group headquartered in Canada with a strong presence in Brazil.
