Job Summary: The professional will coordinate payroll processes, personnel movements, training, and work on people and management indicators and projects. Key Highlights: 1. With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products marketed to customers worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Payroll** * Coordinate and monitor the monthly working hours control and payroll reconciliation process, ensuring accurate and timely entries in accordance with established deadlines. **Personnel Movements** * Monitor and guide personnel movements, conducting appropriate assessments of profiles and competencies in line with internal policies, and preparing the necessary documentation for execution in coordination with other involved areas and systems. **Mandatory Training** * Coordinate the implementation of mandatory training according to the schedule established with technical departments, as well as compliance with the training schedule defined following the Training Needs Assessment (TNA). **Indicator Analysis** * Analyze and act upon people and management indicators, presenting results to unit managers and proposing and implementing effective solutions aimed at continuous improvement. **Benefits Management Support** * Monitor and support local benefits management, including staff transportation, laundry services, cafeteria, and health insurance plans, ensuring these benefits are perceived as valuable by employees. **Staffing vs. Production Volume** * Submit staffing proposals based on variations in the unit’s production volume, supporting decision-making in alignment with current legislation and collective bargaining agreements. **Labor Relations** * Monitor labor lawsuits, intervene in critical cases, and propose improvement actions to prevent new labor claims against the company. **Recruitment and Selection** * Ensure recruitment and selection processes align with the approved headcount and production volume, while monitoring development projects for specific workforce capabilities, aiming to ensure talent attraction and retention. **PEOPLE AND MANAGEMENT PROJECTS** * Lead and support People and Management area projects within the unit, following corporate guidelines and identified needs, contributing to initiatives that improve organizational climate and employee retention. **People Management** * Coordinate the continuous development of the team, identifying and defining potential career development and growth opportunities, generating new challenges and job rotation possibilities, evaluating technical and behavioral performance, and providing feedback—ensuring alignment with departmental demands and meeting both organizational and individual growth expectations. **Third-Party Management** * Monitor third-party service providers for cafeteria, laundry, locker rooms, and transportation, ensuring service quality, contractual compliance, and adherence to applicable legal and internal organizational standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Psychology, or related fields.
