Description

Job Summary: Lead technically the receipt control of technical materials, manage deviations, monitor purchase requests, and optimize materials management and costs. Key Highlights: 1. Development of management tools and technological solutions Provide technical leadership over the receipt control of technical materials in coordination with project and engineering departments; document identified deviations and manage the implementation of corrective action plans. Actively monitor new material purchase requests with focus on schedules and identification of potential impacts; support decision-making with emphasis on the contribution margin of the production process and new investments; establish stock level thresholds according to business rules; facilitate inventory routines; issue and analyze periodic stock-level reports; develop new management tools and technological solutions to improve materials management performance and reduce costs; conduct field surveys and compare against material requirements to minimize risks of material surplus. **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide technical leadership over the receipt control of technical materials in coordination with project and engineering departments; Actively monitor new material purchase requests with focus on schedules and identification of potential impacts; Support decision-making with emphasis on the contribution margin of the production process and new investments; Establish stock level thresholds according to business rules; Facilitate inventory routines; Support invoice counting for monthly closings; Issue and analyze periodic stock-level reports, defining acceptable levels and action plans whenever excess is identified; Develop new management tools and technological solutions to improve materials management performance and reduce costs; Conduct field surveys and compare against material requirements to minimize risks of material surplus; Lead strategic projects while collaborating across multiple departments; Monitor high-value purchases and actively participate in technical evaluations of new acquisitions; Issue and analyze periodic reports based on KPIs; Stay updated on policies, standards, and legislation applicable to the role; Monitor and act upon departmental KPIs through continuous tracking and definition of action plans aligned with industry best practices; Perform job duties in full compliance with all organizational safety, health, and environmental procedures and standards, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE); promptly report to immediate supervisor any activity posing a risk to personal or colleagues’ health and safety; Carry out duties in alignment with company values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through organization, standardization, and cleanliness of the workplace; Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility and immediately report to the immediate supervisor any issues or damages detected. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical education; Professional experience; **Additional Information** Health insurance, dental insurance, meal allowance, transportation allowance, on-site meals, Gympass, Edupass, and Oritem.
