Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for ensuring correct toll fee collection, user service and guidance, and supporting plaza operations. Key Highlights: 1. Work on rotating shifts with daytime or nighttime hours Toll Plazas Primavera do Leste \- MT Permanent \- On-site Description and Responsibilities Join Morro da Mesa! **Your responsibilities will include:** * Ensuring proper toll fee collection and receipt processing, including coupon reconciliation and revenue reporting; * Performing cash withdrawals whenever necessary; * Completing reports and delivering cash bags to the Controller for value verification; * Contributing to smooth vehicle flow at the toll plaza by assisting on the lanes and providing signage when required; * Providing service at the Automatic Lane when necessary; * Attending to and guiding users, and distributing educational campaign flyers; * Cleaning lane sensors and lane cameras upon request; * Supporting the Controller whenever requested; * Cooperating with internal and/or external audits when required; * Serving users with courtesy and professionalism. Requirements **Job requirements:** Completed High School education. **Preferred qualifications:** Previous experience as a Cashier Operator; Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite applications. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION **Employment type:** CLT \- On-site; **Working hours:** 2x2 rotating shift (work two days, rest two) \- Day shift (6 AM to 6 PM) or Night shift (6 PM to 6 AM).
