




Job Summary: Support the monitoring and tracking of employees' working hours by performing daily timekeeping verification and assisting with monthly timecard adjustments and closing. Opportunity for Human Resources or Law students ### **Responsibilities** * Support monitoring and tracking of employees' working hours (clock-in, clock-out, breaks, and overtime). * Perform daily verification of electronic/manual time records. * Identify timekeeping inconsistencies (absences, late arrivals, incorrect entries) and report them to the HR team. * Assist in timecard adjustments based on provided justifications (medical certificates, declarations, days off, time banks). * Manage and organize time-related documents (medical certificates, declarations, etc.). * Support monthly timecard closing for payroll processing. * Assist in updating working hours control spreadsheets and time bank records. * Guide employees on basic questions regarding time registration. * Assist in compliance with company policies and labor legislation related to working hours. ### **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Law * Basic knowledge of labor legislation (working hours) * Basic/Intermediate Excel proficiency Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
