All applications must be submitted exclusively through our official channels. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Plan work activities and perform maintenance on general subassemblies; * Perform mechanical and hydraulic maintenance during full equipment overhauls, preventive, and corrective maintenance. * Advanced knowledge of hydraulic diagrams will be considered a differentiating factor; * Ability to transfer technical knowledge in hydraulics and electricity; * Experience with CAT and EPIROC fleets will be considered a differentiating factor; * Perform preventive, corrective, and overhaul maintenance on all fleet equipment; * Carry out maintenance activities, tests, and diagnose electrical faults at voltages of (12V DC \- 24V DC and 440V AC), per each equipment’s manufacturer manual; * Work on cost reduction; instruct and train electricians’ teams in interpreting and reading electrical diagrams, parts, and assemblies per manufacturer manuals; * Supervise execution of electricians’ activities and develop continuous improvement projects; * Conduct equipment tests and fault diagnostics, identifying and ordering required parts and materials to execute tasks; * Drive light vehicles and operate fleet equipment for testing, maneuvering, and maintenance; * Perform other duties of similar nature upon request from immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Prerequisites and Qualifications:** * Minimum education: high school diploma preferred. * Course(s): technical course in mechanics, electromechanics, or undergraduate degree in engineering related to the field, with active registration in the respective professional council or copy of proof of application submission. * Preferred training in hydraulics, electricity, and internal combustion engines. * Advanced experience in hydraulics and electricity, and proficiency in reading electromechanical diagrams. * Availability to work shift schedules. * Willingness to reside in Nova Xavantina/MT. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Profit-sharing plan (PLR) * Private pension plan * Health insurance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * On-site meals (at operational units) * Meal voucher (at offices) * Food allowance * Transportation * Quality-of-life program * Gympass – Wellhub * Extended maternity and paternity leave (Citizen Company) * Club membership agreement — may vary by location * Eyewear purchase assistance for family members #### **We are ERO, one of Brazil’s leading copper and gold producers.** **We belong to a global group headquartered in Canada with a strong presence in Brazil.
