In this role, you will ensure the availability, performance, and security of the hybrid infrastructure environment, independently executing medium-complexity procedures, with emphasis on supporting local and remote connectivity, and proactively proposing operational improvements. **What you’ll do in this role:** * Environment Administration: Manage high-availability environments and ensure connectivity between cloud and on-premise environments; * Network and Connectivity Management: Administer and support Ethernet and Wireless network infrastructure, ensuring stability from the physical to the logical layer; * Troubleshoot TCP/IP stack protocols and manage network segmentation (VLANs); * Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design and maintain pipelines using Terraform or CloudFormation for provisioning and security; * Cloud Management (AWS/Azure): Administer instances, virtual networks (VPC/VNet), storage, and VPN connectivity; * Security and Hardening: Implement controls based on industry-standard frameworks, configure firewalls, and perform vulnerability remediation (patching) aligned with the IT Security team; * Optimization and FinOps: Conduct performance and capacity planning analyses, recommending rightsizing actions and reserved instances for cost efficiency; * Change and Incident Management: Lead responses to P1/P2 incidents and draft change plans (RFC); * Specialized Support (L3): Provide third-level support for self-hosted applications, middleware, and network assets across both clouds (AWS and Azure). **This position is right for you if you have:** * Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields; * Minimum of 3 years of proven technical experience in cloud environments involving infrastructure and networking; * Results-oriented mindset, critical analysis skills, and assertive communication for interfacing with vendors and end users; * Networking: Proficiency in the TCP/IP stack, IP addressing (IPv4/IPv6), subnetting, DHCP and DNS, routing, and VLANs; * Wireless Networks: Experience managing Access Points (APs), Wireless Controllers, interference analysis, and 802.11x standards; * Ethernet Networks: Switch (L2/L3) configuration and structured cabling; * Operating Systems: Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Linux/Windows; * Monitoring: Proficiency in observability tools (Zabbix, Grafana or similar); * Virtualization: Knowledge of virtualized environments and containers (Docker, LXC, Podman); * Backup: Hands-on experience with backup and restore routines. * Intermediate English. ***AWS and Azure certifications are a plus.*** **Where you’ll be based:** * Fully remote work within Brazil; residency in Brazil is required. ### **Benefits of being an e-Corean!** We offer a flexible benefits package: with e-Core BeneFlex, our e-Coreans can build a personalized benefits package aligned with their profile and needs. **Financial Benefits** Meal and/or food allowance.
