Job Summary: Proactive professional with sharp technical insight and leadership ability for maintenance of air conditioning and general building systems. Key Highlights: 1. Perform maintenance on central air conditioning systems and general building maintenance. 2. Conduct studies aimed at energy efficiency and electricity savings. 3. Lead teams and supervise refrigeration service execution. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education with technical training in Refrigeration Mechanics; * Minimum **three (3) years** of proven experience in this role; * Knowledge of maintenance for central air conditioning systems and general building maintenance; * Certification with satisfactory performance in the **NR10 Basic Course**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assess maintenance requirements by studying building designs and characteristics to define the optimal work plan; * Consult engineers, architects, and other specialists to align technical and aesthetic service requirements; * Advise the contracting party on matters related to professional responsibilities; * Conduct studies aimed at **energy efficiency** and electricity savings, guiding maintenance services; * Ensure application of relevant technical standards and perform technical data surveys; * Lead installation, assembly, operation, repair, and maintenance teams for air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems; * Deliver technical training and supervise service execution within the area; * Organize technical documentation, perform measurements, and quality controls; * Carry out preventive, corrective maintenance, and equipment installation; * Perform other related duties. **Desired Profile:** Proactive, organized professional with sharp technical insight, leadership capability, and commitment to quality and safety standards Compensation: R$1.730,98 - R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
