Job Summary: A professional responsible for supervising construction execution, managing teams, controlling materials, ensuring service quality, and supporting HR processes. Key Highlights: 1. Personnel management and conflict resolution Description: * Participate in the setup of the construction site according to the project, form teams, assign tasks, and monitor their execution; * Monitor, control, segregate, and store construction-generated waste; * Analyze and discuss with the engineer technical details and instructions of the project to be executed; * Guide and monitor schedule implementation; * Instruct foremen on interpreting project drawings for service execution; * Control the flow of equipment and materials to work fronts, as well as waste, equipment, and instrument usage required for work execution; * Monitor construction quality standards, verify material specifications used at the construction site, and check storage conditions; * Monitor work progress, resolve issues, redistribute tasks, reallocate personnel, and control quality and quantity of completed work; * Request requisitions for materials needed to execute services; * Assist in preparing reports and schedules during construction execution; * Participate in training programs when requested; * Maintain, clean, preserve, secure, and manage all materials, devices, equipment, and the workplace, adhering to occupational safety regulations; * Perform tasks relevant to the field of expertise using computer equipment and software; * Perform other duties compatible with job requirements; * Interview candidates for hiring; * Evaluate employees against competencies defined for each position; * Resolve conflicts; Requirements: Ongoing undergraduate studies: Civil Engineering / Production Engineering / Civil Production Engineering and/or Technical Degree in Building Construction. \- Preferred: Completed bachelor's degree: Civil Engineering / Production Engineering / Civil Production Engineering.
