Collaborate in proposal development and report organization. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM / 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM; Saturday, 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM **Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Keep the sales CRM always updated (customer records, opportunities, and follow\-ups); * Record and schedule commercial visits, ensuring follow\-up at each stage; * Support the team in preparing proposals and quotations; * Provide support in follow\-ups and customer communications; * Control and update sales spreadsheets and metrics (Excel); * Assist in organizing reports, presentations, and commercial materials; * Assist in document and contract management; * Conduct internal communications with support departments (after\-sales, finance, logistics, etc.). **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields; * Driver's License Category B; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset; * Proactivity and willingness to learn and grow with the team.
