We are seeking an organized, proactive individual with solid technical knowledge to support the company’s technology operations, ensuring that systems, tools, and equipment function properly on a daily basis. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to staff (hardware, software, access credentials, and tools); * Install, configure, and update computers, software, and systems; * Assist with account management, email accounts, permissions, and internal platforms; * Support the team in process improvements, simple automations, and new implementations; **Requirements:** * Familiarity with Google Workspace, online systems, and digital tools; * Basic knowledge of computer maintenance and technical troubleshooting; * Organizational skills, strong communication, and responsiveness for internal support; * Interest in learning and growing within the technology field. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in technical support / help desk; * Basic understanding of automation, programming logic, or no-code tools; * Fundamental knowledge of information security; * Experience in digital marketing environments or agencies. **Schedule:** 2:00 PM–6:00 PM on Mondays | 3:00 PM–7:00 PM on Tuesdays through Fridays **Work Format:** 100% remote **Stipend:** R$ 900.00 Job Type: Part-time Compensation: R$900.00 per month Selection Question(s): * Your LinkedIn profile link: * Do you accept R$900.00 for the first three months of employment?
