PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates approved in this process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any updates/corrections, and its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Practical Instructor **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- employee's monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s)' monthly fee covered by the employee. 2\.1\. Work schedule and shifts will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must inform availability for the assigned schedule. Cascavel, Quadra 07, Lote 01, JARDIM DAS AMERICAS \| Primavera do Leste, MT **JOB SUMMARY:** Delivers theoretical and practical instruction and imparts skills required for obtaining, modifying, or renewing driver's licenses, authorizations, and advanced driving qualifications, as well as mediates students' learning processes in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, seminars). **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** Proof of the requirements listed below may be requested at any time. **EDUCATION:** Completed high school (or higher education degree). **Acceptable proof includes:** a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Officially signed and stamped course completion statement. c) For higher education degrees, enrollment confirmation, duly signed and stamped by the educational institution. Traffic Instructor Course recognized by the National Traffic Council (CONTRAN). Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: (Diploma or valid Certificate — validity up to 5 years from the Certificate issuance date). **AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SPECIALIZED COURSES:** Collective Passenger Transport Vehicle Drivers, Indivisible Cargo Transport, School Transport, issued by institutions accredited by the State or Federal District Traffic Executive Agency. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of the course Diploma/Certificate (WITHIN VALIDITY PERIOD). Valid Driver’s License Category D or E \- Must hold the license for at least 1 (one) year. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: Copy of current driver’s license. No serious traffic violations committed within the last 60 (sixty) days and no prior suspension of the National Driver’s License (CNH). Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: Copy of the “no record” certificate issued by the State Traffic Department (DETRAN). **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience delivering practical training for buses and/or trucks and/or tractor-trailers. **PROOF:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s statement containing the employer’s CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of service performed, along with a detailed description of activities carried out; b) Or copy of the Social Security and Work Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if CTPS registration uses nomenclature correlating to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience.
