PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to recruit professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the ranking order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Young Apprentice) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal allowance and/or food allowance for positions with a weekly workload of 44 hours; additional services offered by Operational Units, extended to employees and their dependents; life insurance; health insurance plan (with co-payment) \- employee’s monthly premium fully covered by the company, while dependents’ monthly premiums are borne by the employee. 2\.1\. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** Verification of the requirements listed below may be requested at any time. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree. Verification of required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** Experience in pedagogical activities and delivering instruction to youth or adults in the following curricular areas: Portuguese language, writing, interpersonal relationships, motivation, leadership, human resource management, administration, and/or finance. **VERIFICATION:** Supporting documents must explicitly demonstrate alignment with the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Professional experience verification must be demonstrated via: a) Employer’s letter containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of service performed, along with a detailed description of duties carried out; b) Or copy of the Worker’s Registration and Social Security Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration section, clearly indicating relevance to the targeted position (only if CTPS entry uses nomenclature corresponding to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous worker payment receipt (RPA), explicitly specifying activities performed in the services rendered, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to verify experience.
