POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Young Apprentice) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal allowance and/or food allowance for positions with a weekly workload of 44 hours; additional services offered by Operational Units, extended to employees and their dependents; life insurance; health insurance plan (with co-payment) \- employee’s monthly premium fully covered by the company, while dependents’ monthly premiums are borne by the employee. 2\.1\. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** Verification of the requirements listed below may be requested at any time. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree. Verification of required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** Experience in pedagogical activities and delivering instruction to youth or adults in the following curricular areas: Portuguese language, writing, interpersonal relationships, motivation, leadership, human resource management, administration, and/or finance. **VERIFICATION:** Supporting documents must explicitly demonstrate alignment with the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected.
