Requirements for this role: * Work on the main B2B system of a globally recognized client with products deployed worldwide; * Develop and enhance the client’s product features; * Monitor integrations, reviewing logs and API responses; * Support functional (E2E) testing, investigate and resolve issues; * Help the team and client improve process maturity; * Assist in problem resolution and root cause analysis; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders—to understand requirements and ensure proper product functionality.
