We are seeking an Underground Mine Operations Coordinator to lead teams, plan production activities, and ensure compliance with regulations and operational excellence.

We seek a person to serve as **Underground Mine Operations Coordinator**, responsible for coordinating production targets and objectives; defining activities and deadlines; allocating, distributing, and controlling materials and equipment; evaluating production and productivity metrics; coordinating teams; ensuring compliance with international standards; and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Coordinate development, extraction, infrastructure, and service activities in underground mining.
* Ensure achievement of production targets, development progress, and operational KPIs.
* Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Communities (HSEC) standards, promoting a safety culture and risk management.
* Plan and monitor the use of operational resources (equipment, materials, and labor), pursuing maximum efficiency and availability.
* Lead supervisors, engineers, and operational teams, fostering technical development, performance management, and engagement.
* Monitor productivity, cost, physical availability, equipment utilization, dilution, recovery, overbreak, underbreak, and adherence to the mine plan.
* Coordinate execution of drilling, blasting, loading, hauling, ground support, ventilation, drainage, and other underground mining activities.
* Collaborate with Mine Planning, Geology, Geotechnics, Maintenance, and Safety departments to ensure integrated execution of the operational plan.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation, and increased productivity through process standardization and implementation of new technologies.
* Ensure compliance with operational procedures, legal requirements, and applicable mining regulations.
* Prepare management reports, analyze KPIs, and present action plans to mitigate operational deviations.
* Manage service contracts related to underground operations, ensuring technical performance, safety, quality, and fulfillment of contracted scopes.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or related fields.
* Active registration with CREA.
* Experience in team management.
* Experience in Underground Mine Operations \| Infrastructure \| Drilling and Blasting, with technical proficiency and hands-on operational experience.
* Prior experience in contract management is required.
* Strong communication skills, people leadership, and ability to coordinate with operational departments.
* Intermediate/advanced English is desirable.
* Driver’s license category B.
* Willingness to relocate to Nova Xavantina/MT.
