Work Location: **Cuiabá, MT (Águas Cuiabá)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and control all operational units and devices—BOOSTER (Treated Water Pressurization Station), VRPS (Pressure Reducing Valves), Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants, macro-meters, reservoir centers, critical pressure points, electric actuators, etc.—via cameras to ensure proper operational functionality; * Perform manual valve and gate operations in the water supply and sanitary sewage systems as required by operational needs, and remote operations via the CCO supervisory system; * Open and close service orders or water supply incidents in the Sansys operational system; * Request maintenance teams to conduct inspections and surveys of machinery and equipment in the water supply and sanitary sewage systems when anomalies are identified during system interpretation, to ensure proper functionality; * Conduct critical analysis and report system failures in the water supply and sanitary sewage systems to management, to ensure proper functionality; * File power utility protocols when power outages or fluctuations occur, immediately notifying management and the company’s legal department so appropriate measures can be taken; * File incident reports when equipment from the water supply or sanitary sewage systems is stolen and/or vandalized; * Control water supply stoppages in DMCs (Measurement and Control Districts); * Drive company vehicles to perform tasks in external environments, reporting any incidents while ensuring safety, compliance with traffic regulations, and vehicle maintenance; * Prepare water supply interruption reports, including neighborhood and population data as required by the water supply/sewage system; * Comply with sustainability standards (safety, hygiene, quality, environmental preservation, health, and the 5S methodology). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Desired: Driver’s License Category B; * Desired: Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; * Desired: Technical degree in Sanitation, Mechanics, or Construction; * Desired: Basic knowledge of Hydraulics.
