Participation in implementation and migration projects A technology solutions company is seeking a Technical Support Analyst in Santos (Vila Matias). **Responsibilities:** Level 1 support for end users (remote and on-site support). Preparation of technical reports detailing root causes, solutions, and improvements. Monitoring of IT environments using Zabbix and Grafana. Participation in server, system, and email implementation and migration projects. Formatting, migration, and configuration of workstations. Printer installation and sharing. Routers, MikroTik devices, and Wi-Fi equipment. Detection and resolution of network and infrastructure issues. Experience in incident analysis and response with solution delivery. Knowledge of backup routines. Tasks relevant to the Technical Support Analyst role. On-site work in Santos / SP. Previous experience as a Technical Support Specialist, Help Desk Analyst, Technical Support Technician, or Customer Service Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree in progress.
