Responsibilities: * Execute control and processing of payroll, social charges, vacations, and dismissals in high-complexity cases. * Act as technical instructor for the team, training new employees and guiding juniors and mid-level analysts on daily routines. * Conduct in-depth analyses and provide technical insights to management. * Implement improvements in systems (e.g., eSocial and Digital FGTS) and optimize internal processes. * Ensure final technical quality of bureaucratic deliverables and departmental accessory obligations. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. * Solid experience in HR Department, with mastery of labor legislation and digital tools. * Proven ability to transfer knowledge and train teams technically. * Impeccable organization, proactivity, and focus on long-term results.
