Job Summary: Driver responsible for the safe delivery and pickup of equipment, customer support, and vehicle maintenance, aiming for a dynamic routine. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, we operate over 800 stores across Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Argentina—and we continue expanding! If you enjoy driving, are punctual, and seek a dynamic routine, this is your chance to join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Deliver and pick up equipment safely and punctually; * Load and unload equipment, ensuring proper handling and storage; * Support customers and guide them on equipment usage; * Check basic equipment conditions upon delivery and pickup; * Maintain vehicle condition and report any maintenance needs; * Follow planned routes and schedules as defined by the logistics team; * Assist with store operational activities when required; * Report equipment damages identified to the sales team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education; * Valid and up-to-date Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Experience as a driver, preferably involving deliveries and/or light transport; * Good communication skills, courtesy, and responsibility; * Availability to work during business hours, including Saturdays; * Familiarity with the local area/region is desirable; * Willingness to load and unload equipment. **Additional Information** * Salary: R$ 1\.899,00 (starting) * Benefits: PAT R$ 300,00 (Meal/Food allowance) * Transportation Allowance or Mobility Assistance R$ 120,00 (for candidates who own a vehicle and do not use public transportation) * Punctuality\+Attendance Bonus R$ 150,00 / Union Attendance Bonus R$ 55,00 / Performance Bonus / Life Insurance At Casa do Construtor, we believe that building an outstanding company requires outstanding people!
