**Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service (SAC) or transportation-related pending issues; * Familiarity with the SSW system is a plus. **Responsibilities:** * Filing Police Reports (B.O.); * Handling B.O. matters related to unloading and returns via email, with proficiency also in the SSW system; * Performing procedures and other related tasks; * Preparing reimbursement files for customers regarding damages or losses; * Other duties pertinent to the role. **Compensation:** * **Fixed salary.** * **Benefits:** Transportation allowance; Meal voucher (R$29.80 per workday); Profit-sharing program (PLR); Dental plan; Life insurance; Partnership with Sest/Senat. * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
