Job Summary: Grupo Gera is seeking a Maintenance Technician (solar) to perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance, ensure proper operation of equipment, assist in inventory control, and uphold safety and quality standards. Supervision of specialized services and operational performance monitoring GRUPO GERA \- An economic group focused on renewable energy, efficient and sustainable solutions, is seeking a qualified professional to join our team as a **Maintenance Technician (solar)**. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance, complying with current safety regulations to keep machines, equipment, motors, panels, electrical networks, data networks, telephone systems, devices, and installations in optimal working condition. * Carry out general maintenance activities using prescribed personal protective equipment in accordance with current legislation, adhering to safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards. * Assist in controlling the inventory of tools and equipment, arranging replacements when necessary to prevent work interruptions. * Diagnose faults under technical coordination guidance using schematics, drawings, catalogs, and technical analysis and evaluation; disassemble, restore, reassemble, test, and replace components, ensuring proper care of assigned equipment. * Supervise services performed by contracted specialized companies, providing necessary information and support. * Assist in monitoring equipment operation and request specialized maintenance when required. * Maintain direct contact with the Operations Center to support fault identification and requested corrective actions. * Complete activity checklists and issue technical reports. **REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:** * Technical degree in Electrotechnology; * Prior experience in electrical system maintenance is required; * Knowledge of electrical equipment and operating principles (solar preferred); * Willingness to travel. **COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:** * Salary negotiable; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance \- BRL 39.00 per business day; * Life insurance; * Educational assistance program; * TotalPass membership; * Sulamérica health plan; * Sulamérica dental plan \- Basic Plan.
