Perform services in accordance with established vehicle delivery deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction, conduct quality testing, and support the productivity of the technical assistance department. **Unit: Cometa Hyundai.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities:** * Perform work and all process development collaboratively in pairs. * Receive customers and advise them regarding the operating conditions of their vehicle’s components and systems, preventive maintenance, and services performed. * Assemble, inspect, and install motorcycle accessories in compliance with the manufacturer’s manual. * Clean motorcycles as specified in the Service Order (OS) and according to procedures defined by the manufacturer and dealership. And other activities related to the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need to Have** Completed high school education. Mechanical knowledge. Experience in customer service.
