**Job Description**
* Maintain the SIPEAGRO website, document management systems, training matrices, SharePoint quality site, and control dashboards
* Develop and implement quality procedures and forms
* Conduct monthly compliance checks against MAPA requirements
* Inspect fertilizers and monitor storage conditions to ensure physical and chemical integrity
* Investigate quality deviations, prepare technical reports, and implement corrective actions
* Manage control spreadsheets, review reports, and supervise departmental payment processes
* Support fertilizer quality analyses and manage measurement equipment
* Serve as the responsible party for the quality module of the Management System and coordinate external audits
* Monitor and analyze sector KPIs and enhance data visualization tools
* Propose and lead CAPEX projects to ensure compliance with legal requirements
* Support internal training and ensure correct application of quality procedures
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Biology, or related fields
* Knowledge of fertilizers and/or storage operations
* Familiarity with MAPA regulations
* Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
* Microsoft Office suite
