




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for bank reconciliation, management of accounts payable and receivable, collections, expense recording, and verification of financial reports. Active involvement in collections and expense control Bank reconciliation, verifying balances, clearing accounts receivable and accounts payable. Saving and printing receipts. Collections via email and phone, sending daily reminders for overdue and upcoming invoices. Recording expenses, verifying tax payments, and entering purchase orders related to accounts payable (forecasting). Weekly and monthly verification of system-generated financial reports. Preparing budgets and financial planning. Conducting analysis for new customers and requesting commercial references. Verifying freight charges and proper system grouping. Verifying and sorting accounts payable one week before due dates, checking amounts, beneficiaries, manager’s signature on entry, and company CNPJ. Daily inclusion of bank slip payments in banking systems. Performing bill discounting operations via system. Filing bank slips and invoices in the accounts payable file. Conducting daily ADE and SPC customer queries as needed. Verifying and releasing invoicing. Checking, recording, and generating commissions for sales representatives and internal commercial managers. Verifying chart of accounts and expense entry dates. Reviewing accounting reports related to accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash. Organizing and cleaning the department.
