




This Project Coordinator will be stationed on-site and will play a key role in project coordination and the development of engineering solutions, introducing innovations focused on constructability and resource optimization, while engaging the necessary specialists to achieve the desired outcome. The incumbent must ensure project integration and completion within specified timeframes and budgets, in alignment with strategies defined jointly with other company departments and the client, providing consistent documentation for procurement, planning, and construction execution. Requirements: * Experience in project coordination and construction supervision for hospital, hospitality, and/or corporate buildings; * Proficiency in standards applicable to project development and/or ability to identify relevant regulatory requirements governing the activities in question; * Experience in project integration using NavisWorks; * Knowledge of Revit (desirable); * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Teamwork; strong communication skills with professionals from other disciplines; * Proactivity; ability to anticipate integration issues and propose solutions; * Critical analytical capacity to assess risks and resolve problems; * Technical leadership; * Ensure integration of the project and its requirements with other company departments; * Project control and integration; * Conduct information gathering, analysis, and definition of project scope; * Prepare and review meeting minutes that may impact project activities and documents issued internally or by third parties; * Master and control contracted scopes; * Monitor and ensure compliance with all procedures required by legal authorities; * Analyze project risks through critical analysis documents; * Participate in project meetings with designers contracted by the client and/or MATEC, as well as client representatives; * Participate in project meetings with suppliers to enable technical solutions and guarantee deliverables; * Ensure effective project management in terms of its impact on costs, productivity, and building quality/performance; * Ensure adherence to work methodologies and control and management tools; * Proactively communicate scope change requests, risks (including critical paths), and quality issues to the project and construction manager, strategically collaborating with the team to mitigate impacts and ensure continuity of project objectives; * Provide full support to the field team regarding project solutions; * Willingness to relocate to other states.
