If you are driven by results, possess an analytical mindset, and enjoy executing tasks, this role is for you. **JOB MISSION** Support company growth through marketing strategy execution, focusing on digital presence, lead generation, and sales team support. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** **Marketing & Social Media** Planning and executing social media content (LinkedIn and Instagram) Managing editorial calendars Creating posts, creatives, and digital materials Developing copy for posts, campaigns, and institutional materials **Performance & Growth (Execution)** Supporting creation, management, and optimization of paid traffic campaigns Monitoring performance metrics and KPIs Creating and refining ad copy Supporting lead generation and qualification **Materials & Commercial Support** Developing and updating: Institutional presentations Commercial materials Sales team support assets Writing and copy development for commercial materials **Event Support** Supporting marketing actions, events, and activations Organizing materials and communications Availability to attend events and travel **PROFILE AND DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS** Hands-on profile with strong execution capability Organization and deadline management Proactivity and willingness to learn Analytical mindset and results orientation Strong communication and writing skills Team collaboration **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS** Experience with social media (LinkedIn and Instagram) Proficiency with Canva Knowledge of paid traffic (Meta Ads and/or Google Ads) Strong writing and copy creation skills Basic design knowledge (Adobe Suite is a plus) Basic video editing knowledge (CapCut or similar is a plus) Proficiency in presentation creation **ADDITIONAL ASSETS** Experience in fintech, solar energy, credit, or technology Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: Starting at R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food allowance Work location: On-site
