




**Position Summary:** **Location:** Nestlé Business Services – NBS Ribeirão Preto **Area/Stream:** NBS – HR/Human Resources **Reporting to:** Junior HR Manager **Shift:** 08:00\-18:00 **Work Model:** Hybrid **Is there a mapped candidate?** No Work in the Human Resources area as a fundamental pillar for training and development, providing support to employees, leaders, and Business Partners. The professional will be responsible for clarifying questions related to training and development activities, Human Resources, as well as managing the training registration and creation system (GROW). **A day in the life of...** * Manage the NBS – Nestlé Business Services LATAM Language Program, covering all areas under their responsibility, such as developing language-learning materials, proficiency assessments, coaching, and monitoring employees’ linguistic skill development. * Coordinate pre\-boarding, onboarding, and post\-boarding processes, as well as deliver training on Nestlé Culture and IBS. * Monitor the progress of mandatory trainings in partnership with IBS and NiM Brasil and Plata, as well as implement engagement initiatives. * Provide support to NBS LATAM HRBPs in Training and Development processes. * Actively participate in the employee performance and development cycle. * Perform general HR support activities, as needed. **What will contribute to your success?** * Advanced English and Spanish \- required; * Undergraduate degree in progress or completed \- preferred; * Strong communication, organization, and proactivity skills; * Continuous improvement mindset \- preferred; * Prior experience in T\&D or HRBP roles \- preferred
